Janet Cauffiel

Vice President of Human Resources

Janet Cauffiel has over twenty-seven years of human resource management experience in the health care environment. Since 1994 she has been responsible for the development, implementation and operation of human resources functions at Montgomery Hospice. Ms. Cauffiel previously worked with National Medical Enterprises as Senior HR Director and was Human Resources Director at the Psychiatric Institute of Montgomery County.

Ms. Cauffiel has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Gettysburg College. She served on the Board of Directors for the Center for Adoption Support and Education for ten years.
